1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from DIGI IMPROVEMENT (digimprovement.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

2. Our Official Store & Domains

Our primary and official storefront is digimprovement.in — this is, and will always be, the main home of DIGI IMPROVEMENT. We also own and operate digimprovement.store, digimprovement.shop, and digimprovement.online. These four domains are the only official properties of DIGI IMPROVEMENT, now and in the future.

Any other website, page, or seller using the DIGI IMPROVEMENT name, logo, or branding — on any domain other than the four listed above — is not affiliated with us. Such sites are impersonations and are not authorised to sell our products. We accept no responsibility for purchases made through them, and we strongly advise against buying from any site claiming to be DIGI IMPROVEMENT outside of these domains. If you come across one, please report it to us via WhatsApp.

3. Digital Products & Licensing

• All products sold are digital downloads — no physical goods are shipped.
• Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, worldwide, commercial license to use the assets in your own projects, including client work, social media, YouTube, and advertising.
• You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or claim ownership of our assets in their original or only slightly modified form.
• You may not include our assets in template packs, digital bundles, or products sold to others unless a separate reseller agreement is in place.
• Reselling or redistributing any product that does not include resale rights, without our prior permission, is a violation of these Terms and may result in legal action to protect our intellectual property.
• Want to resell a product that doesn't currently include resale rights? Contact our support team — resale rights can often be added to your purchase for an additional fee, and our team will help you find the right solution.
• Credit/attribution is appreciated but not required.

4. Payment

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Existing purchases are not affected.

5. Delivery

Download links are provided immediately after successful payment on the Thank You page. You are responsible for downloading and saving your files. If you experience any issues, contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. We do NOT offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations on any product.

• Because our products are digital downloads delivered instantly, they cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded.
• Once a payment is completed, it is non-refundable under any circumstances, including accidental purchases or change of mind.
• We do not provide partial refunds, store credit, or exchanges between products.
• Please review the product description, preview, and demo carefully before buying. If you have any questions, contact us on WhatsApp before making a purchase.
• If you face a genuine technical issue with a download link, contact us within 48 hours and we will help you access your files — but this does not entitle you to a refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including product assets, graphics, text, branding, and code — is the intellectual property of DIGI IMPROVEMENT. Unauthorized reproduction or use of our website content is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

DIGI IMPROVEMENT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product in question.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
