1. What We Collect

When you buy something or contact us, we may collect:

• Your name and contact details from checkout
• Payment details — handled entirely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card or UPI details.
• Your order history and what you have downloaded
• Messages you send us on WhatsApp

2. What We Use It For

• Processing your order and getting your product to you
• Sending your download link and order confirmation
• Helping you on WhatsApp when you have a problem
• Improving our products and the website
• Sending offers — only through our WhatsApp Channel, which you can leave at any time

We do not sell your information to anyone, and we never will.

3. Keeping It Safe

Payments run through Razorpay, which is PCI-DSS certified — the security standard the card industry requires. Your card and UPI details go straight to them and never reach us. Everything else we hold is stored securely, and only the people who run the store can see it.

4. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies to make the site work — keeping your cart filled as you move between pages, and keeping you signed in. Without them the cart cannot work.

We do not run general website analytics that follow you around the site. You can switch cookies off in your browser, but your cart will stop working if you do.

5. Other Companies Involved

A few outside services are involved in running this website. Their own privacy policies apply to what they collect:

• Razorpay — takes your payment and handles your card or UPI details.
• Google Fonts — supplies the fonts the site uses, so Google's servers see your IP address when a page loads.
• Meta (Facebook) — some product pages may carry an advertising pixel so we can measure how our own ads perform. Where it is active, Meta is told that the page was viewed. You can control this in your Meta account's ad settings.
• WhatsApp — if you message us, your conversation sits in WhatsApp under their terms.

We are not responsible for how other websites or platforms handle your data.

6. How Long We Keep It

We keep your order records for as long as your account and lifetime access exist, since that is what lets you re-download what you bought. We also keep what the law requires us to keep for tax and accounting. If you ask us to delete your details, we will — other than records we are legally required to hold on to.

7. Your Rights

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Just message us on WhatsApp at +919315942699 and we will take care of it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The newest version is always on this page, with the date it changed at the top.
